Soulard CID Seeks Director for Board

The Soulard Community Improvement District (SCID) is seeking applicants to fill a vacant board position. This vacant board position fulfills the Ordinance’s requirement for a “residential owner/occupant of residential property.”

To qualify for this position, applicants must:

  • Be a resident of the State of Missouri
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be current on all City taxes (property, personal property, income)
  • Either be an owner of real property, or its legally authorized representative, within the District

In addition:

  • Nominee must submit an application and a nomination & disclosure form by clicking here – https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/boards/apply-to-serve.cfm
  • Nominee shall submit their bio and rationale for serving on the District board (can be emailed info@soulardcid.org)
  • Nominee must:
    • Currently be living in the District
    • Have been a resident living in the District for a minimum of three years

This appointment shall serve a four (4) year term and be appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the Board of Aldermen, according to a slate submitted to the Mayor by the CID Board of Directors.
